2. Bookings and Payments

A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable but can be used towards the cost of your treatment.

Any remaining balance must be paid before or at your appointment.

Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may result in the loss of your booking fee.

4. Consultations and Treatment Consent

A consultation is required before treatment.

You must provide accurate information about your medical history, medications, allergies, and any health conditions.

By agreeing to treatment, you understand that results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Empatia Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not considered safe or suitable.

5. Aftercare and Reviews

You are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided by the clinic.

For anti-wrinkle treatments, a complimentary review and top-up appointment may be offered 2–3 weeks after treatment where appropriate. Failure to attend this appointment may result in the loss of this benefit.

6. Age Requirements

Clients must be 18 years or older for injectable treatments and other age-restricted procedures. Identification may be requested.

7. Liability

All treatments are carried out with professional care and attention.

Empatia Clinic is not responsible for complications caused by incorrect medical information, undisclosed conditions, allergies, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

8. Privacy

Your personal information and treatment records will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.

Clinical photographs may be taken for your medical records. Images will only be used for marketing purposes with your written consent.
